Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval and credited to the customer’s bank account.

Non-Refundable Services
Platform fees and counselling fees, once initiated, are non-refundable due to the nature of the work.

Cancellations
Service cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Any work already completed will be deducted from the refund.
